Its only if they decide to buy it that they seek another service or buy the CD.

Surely this sort of use is exactly what they are paying for.

They don't need to be buying any songs, because the school has already paid for them to listen to as much as they like from the service.

I won't be able to play songs andquot;purchasedandquot; from Napster on my Solaris box, for example.
