Sirenia was started by Morten Veland who is the former lead singer of Tristania, and from what I understand Morten didn't leave the band on good terms either.
After reading the band's bio it would seem one of the reasons why Morten left Tristania in the first place was because he had different musical ideas then the other members of Tristania.
With its overly comical clean male vocals and its moronic song title, you may be questioning what the band was thinking, but fortunately it is not of their writing so any doubts can be laid to rest.
