Sister, Sister was an American television sitcom about twin girls, separated and adopted at birth, one day find each other face to face after fourteen years.
The series premiered on April 1, 1994 as a mid-season replacement on ABC, and continued on that network until the series moved to The WB in September 1995 after ABC cancelled the show.
In the series, a sporatic subplot was of the twins searching and eventally finding thier biological parents to be a african-american woman and white man. In real life, Tia and Tamera Mowry are also bi-racial, born to the same race of parents.
