		I decided to get Sky Plus and was told that it would cost £42.00 per month with the basic package and the old box moved to another room.
		When we called sky to join we gave them the MAC code that bt had given us so we could migrate our service and were told that we would recieve our equipment and that the line would go "live" in 10 days.
		We called Sky's customer service department (sic) and were told that because of the workload that they were having to deal with we would have to wait a further 14 days for the connection to come on, this happened a further 2 times.
