Skyservice Airlines was uncooperative in the matter, both at the airport and back in Canada.
In conclusion, SkyService obviously do not care at all about how badly they treat their passengers and have made myself and family extremely upset and as a result we will most likely never fly charter airlines again and will certainly never fly SkyService.
Skyservice got me there and back on time, in relative comfort and in one piece for a reasonable price.

Skyservice has acquired 2 new 767's that will be used to fly to Cancun over Christmas.
Don't know about Skyservice's 767's, but I once flew in a Delta 767 and it was the most cramped, uncomfortable plane I've ever been in.
Actually the 2-4-2 is not bad as the most people you have to crawl over to get to an aisle is 1 whereas with the 757's 3-3 if you're next to a window that's 2 people to crawl over.
