I sit up in bed and screm at night, I'm not really sure how often because right now I live by myself and in the past when I was living with someone, I never knew that it had happened.
I have all the symptoms of "Sleep Terror Disorder" as listed in the DSM-IV Manual, but this is the only reference that I've read that this is something that happens in late adolescnece-early adulthood.
It doesn't really bother me, it's very disturbing to anyone else trying to sleep, I've been told that it sounds like I'm being killed or something.
