In the castle celler, to the left of the castle as visitors enter from Main Street is le Taniere du Dragon - The Dragon's Dungeon, with two entrances.
One leading to a viewing gallery is through a door inside the castle on the left, whilst the other leading into the dragon's cavern is located outside the front of the castle below and to the left of the main entrance (it can just be seen in the picture near the far left side).

I've heard before they named it Sleeping Beauty's Castle to tie it in with the movie they were planning on releasing at any time (though not until four years, later, but how were they to know).
I think Sleeping Beauty was a bigger hit in Europe than the US (witness the release of Sleeping Beauty on DVD in France and not here).
Besides the Paris castle actually looks like the castle in the movie, so if you were going to rename one of them, it ought to be the original since it's the most generic and you can't see the Sleeping Beauty walkthrough anymore anyway.

I visited Disney World over Christmas last year and I thought the castle was beautiful, especially when it's lit up at night, and the fireworks show over the castle is especially breathtaking.
It would have been nice to go through the whole castle, but as a child I thought the restaurant was very cool and not at all disappointing.
