This will help to keep your pizzas fresh, hot and attractive looking until the slices are sold.
One of my favorite "tricks" is to use a more flavorful cheese/cheese blend for that last cheese topping just before the slice goes into the oven for reheating.
I want the customer to be impressed with the taste and overall quality on of those pizza slices.
