 SylViA Final Report
A smallx pipeline is very different from a Cocoon pipeline in that it constructs a document rather than acts upon a document.
Smallx makes it possible to view as many syllabi as are available in a semester.
The functionality of smallx is focused entirely on XSL pipelining and excludes the bloat of Cocoon's forms and database handling, so using smallx would clearly not be an option.

Some Properties of the CCFM Monte Carlo - SMALLX - Goerlich, Turnau (ResearchIndex)
Abstract: Properties of the B.Webber Monte-Carlo generator for DIS - SMALLX are investigated.
In addition, having implemented JETSET hadronization of the nal partonic state provided by SMALLX we compare basic characteristics of the hadronic states with the HERA data.
In a recent paper [1] we described a study of the Monte Carlo program SMALLX [3].

It could be interesting to look at also providing a more Infoset-friendly API, like you appear to have in smallx, although there is no standard for such AFAIK.

TICKSPACE   (Site not responding. Last check: 2007-11-02)
SmallX refers to the interval between small tick marks on the X axis, BigX refers to the interval between large ticks, etc...
If Big is 0, the axis routine will supply its own Big intervals according to the label limits and use your Small value if non zero.
Thus in the case of a user-defined tick spacing, TICKSPACE must be redefined before using another option.
