		That is encouraging for Snetterton as the circuit is basically two long straights linked by some quick and not so quick corners.
		The young rider is feeling confident as he heads to Snetterton this weekend commenting "Things have been fantastic for me so far this season and I hope that I can continue the way I have been riding and end up on the podium again.
		Snetterton is a super fast circuit and also fairly technical but one I am looking forward to getting there and trying to get a good result for myself and the team.

		A fast lap at Snetterton is all about carrying your speed onto the straights even though the fastest corner of all - Coram - doesn't have a much of a straight after it at all, just the very slow Russell Bend.
		Slipstreaming is an art form at Snetterton just ask your average Caterham driver who's had the misfortune of leading into the last lap and ended fifth at the flag.

		Fifty years ago Snetterton Heath airfield reverberated to a very different sound to the Flying Fortress’s of the America Army Airforce of World War Two.

		Snetterton is a fairly short, flat circuit with good close access to the track.
		Good, unobstructed viewing is available in many spots, but is probably best on the outfield on the raised area overlooking the Esses and Bomb Hole, and infield up close to the Russel Bend where there are thrills and spills aplenty.

		We had a choice of practice days for Snetterton - some people opted for the GoldTrack track day on Thursday, but a number of others of us chose to do the official test day on Friday.
		Snetterton with its long straights gives plenty of options for slipstreaming, and within a few minutes of the start of the first session we were merrily swapping places backwards and forwards.
		Group One was the first race in the afternoon, and most of us in group two went to watch from the viewpoint at Russels.

		The second book is identical to the first except in the back there are pages of corrections that were made to the first book.

		Another converted airfield, Snetterton is famous for its long straight and the bomb hole.
		This round was to be a double header, and unusually we had two practice sessions, with the fastest time counting towards the grid for race 1.
		After passing the class two cars of Steven Smythe and Steve Winter, I was unable to make any further places as the car just did not seem to have grip round Russell bend.

	MG Owners Club Racing Championship 2000 - Round 13 - Snetterton
		The start of this years 13 round championship seems a very long time ago now, which was back in March at Silverstone in Northamptonshire.
		Since then the championship has travelled the length and breadth of the UK taking in a total of 10 different circuits, visiting Snetterton twice and one round outside of the UK, that being Zolder in Belgium.
		There was perhaps just a touch of early morning moisture in the track as the MGs were the first cars to take to the circuit for the BARC championship finals meeting, and if there were any moisture it did not present any major problems.

		Eleven MINI2ers went to Snetterton, Norfolk, to cheer the John Cooper Challengers (JCCers) in their second race event.

		Sean McIntosh (Vancouver, Canada) dominated this weekendï¿½s Formula Renault UK Championship with Michelin at Snetterton winning both rounds to move up to third in the driver points.
		The 18-year-old had to sit out after breaking his hand but the win means he is now lying fourth in the championship for young drivers, 55 points behind leader Richard Keen (Amersham, Bucks) who did not finish round 11 but won the category in round 12.
