		Snidely Whiplash is the cartoon villain who is archnemesis to Dudley Do-Right in the tongue-in-cheek series The Dudley Do-Right Show by American animation pioneer Jay Ward.
		Whiplash is the stereotypical villain of the silent movie era, wearing fl clothing, cape, and a top hat, and twirling his long mustache.
		The design of him was later used for Wacky Races villain Dick Dastardly The character was voiced by Hans Conried.

		Whiplash tells Dudley that there are vampires in the nearby woods, and the fact that it's nighttime, we hear wolf sounds and then later see Whiplash sporting vampire teeth to scare Dudley, all may frighten some kids.
		As Whiplash and his army fire machine guns at Dudley, Nell and their Indian friends, the latter start throwing rocks back at the former and eventually send some large boulders careening down through the woods at them.
