		Snorunt is wholly uninteresting and more than a little fugly, to my way of thinking...someone recently asked me why I don't analyze any "average" Pokemon, only "awesome" and "crappy" ones.
		Unfortunately Snorunt currently has no way to FORCE a switch, so Spikes' usefulness is somewhat limited...though I suppose that's a good thing, since if he COULD he would be as loathed as the new and improved Spiking, Whirlwinding Skarmory.
		Poor Snorunt really doesn't have all that many feasible move options...to add insult to injury, the few he DOES sport are inarguably awesome yet he doesn't have the stats to make them work.

		serebii shows that Glalie learns it at 37, but Snorunt doesn't evolve until 42 and it doesn't show up under Snorunts move list.
		Well, a heart scale allows you to learn a move that your Pokemon forgot/ didn't learn when it became available.
		So in order to learn Ice Beam, you would first evolve Snorunt into Glalie, then take a Heart Scale to the Move Relearner.
