		Asia-Plus learnt at the regional internal affairs directorate that the department for combating organized crime (DCOC) on 19 October detained two residents of Khujand [the administrative centre of Soghd Region], Khayrullo Urunov and Ravshan Qurbonov, who joined the party and were engaged in recruiting new members to Hezb-e Tahrir by persuading people to join it.
