		The Soka Gakkai International (SGI) is an international association of more than 12 million members in Soka Gakkai constituent organizations in more than 180 countries and territories around the world.
		The SGI is administered by a board of directors and a committee of standing directors, and it commissions the Soka Gakkai of Japan to carry out its secretarial functions.
		The first Soka Gakkai president was Tsunesaburo Makiguchi and the second Soka Gakkai president was Josei Toda.
