Detailed Reviews [King Eider - 2006 - "Somateria Spectabilis"] - ProgressoR
On "Somateria Spectabilis", Hans turns to the legacy of '70s Prog Rock, which I perceive as his attempt to create something more adventurous than the music his primary band normally plays.
Both shorter songs, King of Ducks and The News, also refer the listener to the '70s sound, but they are poor compositionally, vocal-heavy, abundant in recurrences on the one hand and lacking tempo changes on the other.
King Eider's "Somateria Spectabilis" is an okayish effort at best, making allowance for the difficulties that most contemporary progrockers meet all around.

  97-1250 -- U.S. v. All Monies from Account No. PO-204,675.0 -- 10/29/1998
Claimants Somateria, Financiera, and Reyes Torres argue that the Notice of Arrest mailed to them was inadequate because it did not specify a deadline for filing a claim and thus violated their due process rights.
Levoyer, represented that the Somateria Foundation account was opened with an initial deposit of approximately eight million dollars; this represented a Swiss deposit in May 1985 that was made by Victor Raul Reyes Torres in the amount of five million dollars and interest earned by that initial deposit.
According to Claimants, the Somateria account was managed by Somateria for the benefit of Reyes Torres, Levoyer Jimenez, and their four children.

Information generated from this colony, particularly recruitment, over the next 3 years was to be used in conjunction with information collected from other breeding colonies to develop a model of the role of post-hatch ecology in the demographics of Common Eiders in the Bay of Fundy.
