		There seems to be an abundance of artists who release on either Elektra, Atlantic or Reprise in the States (all distributed by Warner here), the Universal labels (Polydor etc) in Europe, and independent or other labels elsewhere.
		Considering they can do (I'll take a Sony number for an example) 495991.2,.6 or.9 for example, why do they have a different number for European, Australian and British releases, and for US releases?
