		The Songhua River (松花江 song1 hua1 jiang1) is a river in Northeast China, and is the largest tributary of the Amur River, flowing about 1,927 km from Changbai Mountains through the Heilungkiang and Kirin provinces.
		Smaller craft can navigate the Songhua up to Chi-lin and the Nen River up to Tsitsihar.
		The river was called sunggari ula (Sungari River) in Manchu, and is known under this name in the Russian language.
