		Sonic Drift is a kart racing game for the Sega Game Gear.
		Both Sonic Drift and Sonic Drift 2 have been re-released in compilations for current-generation consoles.
		The former is available in Sonic Mega Collection Plus and the latter as part of Sonic Gems Collection.

		In Sonic the Comic (Fleetway), which she had appeared in prior in, she already got the crossbow as her weapon prior to this game.

	Sonic R [1998] \| Saturn and PC
		Sonic was to make another appearance on the short lived console but this was still not the traditional style 2D platformer that people dreamed would grace their Saturn.
		Sonic R is a full 3D polygon racer with Sonic and related characters in a game with plenty of game elements that make up a Sonic game.
		Sonic R scored only minor success due to the lack of Saturns popularity but it did show the machine, again, had enough power to create good games given the chance dispelling some of the anti-Saturn propoganda.

		DRIFT is an immersive sonic/visual environment consisting of music, sounds and texts by Ranaldo in response to two 16mm analytical film projectors performed in real time by Singer.
		DRIFT has been performed live in museums, galleries, concert halls and performing arts centers worldwide since 1991 and was recently performed live in Los Angeles at the LA Museum of Contemporary Art as part of a Robert Smithson Retrospective in Oct 2004.
		DRIFT will be presented as an installation at Gigantic ArtSpace in New York, NY from November 4th, 2005 to January 15th, 2006, including a video projection of the film as well as prints, lightboxes and original drawings based around the concept of DRIFT and extending from it.

	Sonic Gems Collection - GameCritics.com
		The first major title is Sonic: The Fightersthe 3D fighting game featuring most of the Sonic family and a whole lot of the Engrish typos that tell audiences it was never intended for North-American release.
		The second game on the disc is Sonic CD, which is basically a straight follow-up to the original Sonic the Hedgehog—the only thing suggesting it was on the Sega CD system are the cel-animated movies that bookend the game.
		Others, like Sonic Drift 2 and Sonic Spinball, just aren't very good (although being able to control Sonic the pinball in mid-flight does provide a nice alternative to 'tilting', which no pinball videogame has ever been able to crack).

	Sonic Turtle -- Adham Shaikh
		An updating of the kind of soundscapes Fripp and Eno made famous in the late '70s While Shaikh and Floyd owe a lot to past masters, that in no way diminishes the eloquent beauty of this fine album.
		Shaikh provides a rich layer of delicate ambience as a subtle bed for Floyd's gentle guitar echoes, and together, they create a sonic bliss that evokes a haunting trance state.
		At times this album comes frighteningly close to being placed among the new age schlock at your local mall CD shop, and I am sure that it would be quite welcome in the hippie hang out that peddles incense, homeopathic literature, and wind chimes.

		While Sonic Drift and its sequel had already delved into the realm of the racer, there wasn't anything particularly Sonicy about them: as with any kart racer, just cut and paste a merchandisable character and you have a game.
		Sonic R, like Spinball, takes advantage of its namesake and pulls out a few tricks you could only expect to see in a Sonic title.
		When the opportunity to throw Sonic into the mix came along, the engine proved to be a perfect match for the demands.

		Created in 1991, Sonic was mde primarily to combat the popularity of Nintendo's popular gaming characters (which is ironic now that there are Sonic the Hedgehog games on Nintendo consoles).
		Sonic became so popular, so quickly, that he became the mascot for Sega.
		They mostly require a player to guide Sonic, or sometime another character, through a level of the game as quickly as possible, while collecting rings and avoiding the robotic creations of Dr. Robotnik (aka Dr. Eggman).

		His most famous one before this was Sonic R, with the Sonic Drift series at the back for least known.
		Sonic's level 2 attack makes you go into a spin dash to hit the enemy, but you would hit the enemy and it would propel them forward and then to a stop, but Sonic's level 1 made them completely stop, why is that?
		Sonic and the others looks well detailed, and I absolutely love how tall they look, despite the fact they're like 3.3ft.
