	Sonic X-treme
		Sonic X-treme was a 3D Sonic the Hedgehog platform game for the Sega Saturn.
		The concept was truly unique; to further the traditional Sonic "go-anywhere-or-run-through" formula, every level would be designed in a rather tube-like fashion; Sonic would be able to walk onto walls, thus changing the direction of gravity and the rotation of the level itself.
		Originally it was based on the engine Sonic Team's at-the-time most current work - NiGHTS Into Dreams - but Yuji Naka discovered this and had their usage of the engine pulled.

	Sonic Xtreme Team's Sonic Adventure 2 Information
		Sonic and the hero cast look and play pretty much the same as they did in the last game, but the playing as the evil characters is entirely new to the series.
		Sonic Team has claimed that the game will be more action-oriented than its predecessor, doing away with the adventure stages and RPG-like feel of the last game.
		Sonic does have a few new tricks in his bag, the most obvious of these being the new railslide move.

		Sonic steadily jumps up these steps without ever coming out of his jumping animation, not to mention he's facing forward if we go through his sprite files.

		Sonic-verse it's a version of Sonic, there are so many defferent versions of Sonic the hedgehog that I decided to call them sonic-verses, that way I can reffer to each individualy without it meaning that some are better than others.
		There are tons of Sonic characters in the Sonic's stories, that and my very own can be added to the list but I hate when a comic gets too crowded so I try not to put many characters at once unless it's a special comic occacion.

		In Sonic Xtreme you can make the action as big as you like because you can download as many game levels as you like from their website.
		However Sonic Xtreme comes with no sound effects, and even if it did come with some classic Sega sounds, there would have to be a blend of classic Sonic sound effects and original sound effects from QBasic Central before this Sonic clone can be worthy of more than three Sound/Music points.
		The old version of Sonic Xtreme received only one point in the gameplay department because of clunky controls and a lack of all the insane physics, twists, and turns that Sonic fans love.

		Yeah, sure, they had Sonic Xtreme in development, but since that being made without any Sonic Team input, and the fact that it never made it out anyway, it doesn't count.

		Sonic was a sprite, and all the objects and everything were sprites.
		I was talking with him and he said he had seen it before it got unplugged and I'm not exactly sure about his answer on this, but he said it was eventually turned into Sonic Xtreme, which I highly doubted...

		Launching with the Dreamcast, Sonic Adventure was a much-polished version of its Japanese counterpart and was able to garner higher scores because of such improvements.

		Sonic has graced us all with great games [Sonic 1-3, and Sonic CD is the best sonic ever].
		Then after this stage you are introduced to 8 levels with a boss at the end of each one of them [in Xtreme is only 4 bosses at first and then you fight the other 4 after you beat the game once].
		Figuring out which bosses to beat in the correct order is one of the hardest and unique things in a Megaman game [But in Xtreme’s case this is strangely gone since you don’t fight all 8 bosses at once].

		Sonic R was a blast to play, and while I personally did not mind the vocal versions of the songs, you could always choose to turn the lyrics off and listen to the songs "virgin."
		Sonic Advance was nice cause it at least TRIED being like the old Megadrive series, but Advance 2 was a racing game not a platformer.
		Sonic Jam was on the Saturn, it was made by Sonic Team.

		Sonic Xtreme had a bad start from the beginning, with Sonic Team USA being refused the NiGHTS engine by Yuji Naka.
		They got scared that Dr. Robotnik was going to try and steal the rings as he had done before, so they called on Sonic, the only one who could collect the rings (which were pointlessly spread out all over the world) and bash in Robotnik on the way.
		Sonic could also so a modified spin dash called the spin slash that had him roll into a ball with sharp spines on the outer edge.

		Of course this plan failed and Sonic Team would start work on Sonic Xtreme, but it was too little, too late and was never released.
		Who knows maybe if the Saturn launched with another Sonic game(and I mean a real one not the Sonic 3D Blast side game) the Saturn might have done differently.
		I do wish that Sonic Xtreme wasn't canned, then we would've had a great game on the ill-fated Saturn.
