The music is amazing, and whilst singing in German is a risk it doesn't detract from the quality of the album, in fact it gives it another dimension.
I don't think "Sonne" is a particularly amazing track, but "Mein Herz Brennt"'s orchestral arrangement, "Links2-3-4"'s nod to Ministry Psalm 69 era and my favourite track, the "driving song" "Ich Will" are all top class.
