		Neste mesmo poema, Sophia acumula um conjunto de metáforas relativas ao seu país, as quais sintetizam a relevância de Portugal na sua poesia, «atenta como uma antena» à realidade.
		A poesia de Sophia é duplamente formativa porque ajuda o leitor a tomar consciência da realidade social e política, e a procurar formas de luta que procuram não redobrar as cadeias da violência mas eliminá-la progressivamente.
