The Countess of Wessex (Sophie Helen Mountbatten-Windsor, née Rhys-Jones), (born January 20, 1965), is the wife of Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex, the youngest son of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.
The Countess was born Miss Sophie Helen Rhys-Jones at the Radcliffe Infirmary, Oxford, the daughter of Christopher Bournes Rhys-Jones, a retired tyre salesman, and his wife, Mary Rhys-Jones (nee O'Sullivan), a secretary of Irish birth, who died on 29 August 2005 at the age of 71.
In January 1999, Sophie became engaged to The Prince Edward, the youngest son of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.

Sophie is going to be going to church June 5th at St George's Anglican where a friend of mine's mother goes there, she said she could get me in with the regular congregation.
Sophie became the CIC in 2003 but wasn't able to be at the ceremony because she had just found out she was pregnant and wasn't moving a centimetre.
I read that Sophie had to have a massive blood transfusion during the birth and of course there was the delay in getting her to the hospital due to the mix up when the ambulance was called.

I think there should also be a standard for the title of deceased consorts of princes, currently some are at their pre marital name (eg Princess Alice of Albany) and some are at their post marital name (eg Princess Marina, Duchess of Kent) I think all should go to the pre marital name.
And say Sophie, Hereditary Princess of Liechtenstein at death would move to her higher premarital title of HRH Princess Sophie of Bavaria.
