		Nizhny Novgorod oblast Prosecutor considering Shamberov▓s case named the typical list of sources needed for confirmation of the complaints: "explanations of militiamen", "official papers on applying for medical assistance and examinations from OIVS (the United Administrative Detention Centre) and SIZO".
		In Nizhny Novgorod region places of pre-trial detention are centralized, SIZO alone holds 3/4 of all prisoners under investigation and those in administrative detention.
		In October, 1996 N.Novgorod district court considered the case on the murder of pre-trial prisoner Chistyakov in OIVS (the United Administrative Detention Center).
