Canada's prosperity is hyper-dependent on the American economy and the goodwill of America's political structures to keep it that way.
Moreover, Canada's defense and national security are completely intertwined with American security, and what is more, our American neighbors have let us get away with a basic free ride for decades.
Canada's key asset is a president who likes us and at times goes to bat for us.

Today on CBC’s ">"Sounds like Canada," Sheilagh Rogers conducted a ‘debate’ on same sex marriage between gay activist writer/editor Victor Dwyer and Jonathan Kay, the National Post Comment Pages Editor and Columnist.
Framed as "when one group’s rights are in jeopardy, what does the country do?", one would expect that this debate would be between a proponent of same sex marriage and a traditional marriage supporter.
Kay calmly and rightly pointed out that the CBC and the Canadian media establishment has declared that there exists a "right" to something called homosexual marriage without ever allowing it to be debated.

The impression is that foil is a thrusting weapon that has taken on the aspect of a cutting weapon, and in the process lost a great deal of the sublety of the fingerplay and precision that made it foil.
This would do a lot to make the flick, like the compound attacks, and second intentions, once again an impressive part of the game, requiring a high degree of skill (which is why it causes few arguments in Epee).

I said that in the beginning there was a lot of backlash against blogging because people thought the internet was getting "polluted" by all these people writing about what they had for breakfast, but I pointed out that the intended audience for those blogs was probably just that person's friends and family.

This flbird's breeding range extends from northern Canada to Central America.
Some populations in the southern parts of the range are nonmigratory, but almost all northern birds winter in the South, forming huge flocks that migrate by day, foraging for grain and seeds in fields with other flbirds, and roost at night in dense cover in wetland habitats.
