	Waukesha South band donates uniforms, hope to South Africa
		Cilliers, of South Africa, was at Waukesha South High School on Sunday to accept a donation of the band’s old marching uniforms from band director Guy Kammerer, who will be shipping the foundation about 150 uniforms.
		South High band members got new uniforms at the beginning of this year, and Kammerer said the old uniforms have been in storage ever since.
		But as Cilliers handled what the South band had discarded, she expressed nothing but gratitude for the donation.

		The 119 South Band is finally completing work on their second CD, "Covers." This CD will feature some of the band's favorite songs that they perform in their shows.
		Recently The 119 South Band participated in the WV Fairs and Festivals Convention, which was held at the Charleston Civic Center on January 14th and 15th.

	Future is rosy for this high school band
		On Saturday morning, the brothers and more than 300 fellow band members rehearsed locally for the last time before they and about two dozen parents and staff members loaded their instruments, uniforms, hats, spats and gloves, onto semitrailer trucks that headed west.

	Diego Garcia - The Band 7 Degrees South
		Here's some Band info: Born approximately in May 1989 (too many beers since then have burned out the memories of some of the info providers for this report!).
		George changed the name to 7 Degrees South in 1995-96 at the suggestion of Scott Carman, who was an Air Traffic Controller on DG at the time.
		The band became an island institution with its "Island Tour '97" playing at all the hot spots in the Provisional Peoples' Democratic Republic: The DG Yacht Club, United Seamans' Club, Expat Club, Brit Club, 61 Club, Tropical Park, Fil-Mau Club and various other places.
