I haven't read the article (I only have WSJ access at work), but as I understand it, being a "South Park Republican" is more than swearing at election attendants on your way to fill in the oval for George W. Bush.
SPRs are, in general, "socially liberal" - they're more likely to enjoy modern/abstract art, accept "non-traditional" relationships, and favor personal liberty vs. establishment of religion.

The closest I’ve gotten to World of Warcraft is the South Park episode where they all get really fat and Cartman shits in a bowl that his mom is holding.
The recent controversy of the “n word” reminds me of that South Park episode where they say “shit” over 100 times, and it is revealed that the word itself is cursed, and that saying it too often will mean the destruction of society.
I think South Park, that imaginative commentary on American culture, did the best job ever of defining her last season in their episode, "Stupid Whore.” She is a superb reader of how to hype herself, as is Bill O' Reilly, in our society.
