With French manicured nails often furiously tapping the wooden table where she rests her full fat cola, and glances to her mother and father for reassurance on the rare occasion when she stumbles over her words, she is a young lady in full possession of her career potential and her burgeoning femininity.
She looks fashionable, possibly a little deliberately "now", and is turning into a woman who looks like she left childhood the day she hit a top C. But for all her professionalism and fast talk of her latest album and the seemingly rehearsed inflections which permeate her well-defined speech, she is utterly likeable.

If there was no assembly, Wales would be run by Welsh Office ministers who would also be travelling from home to their place of work, in Cathays Park or to Whitehall, London, in a ministerial car at public expense.
