Frank, on the right, was the condo manager at the place we stayed. He was a wild and crazy guy, telling stories about the Russians who were staying there, meeting with Croation terrorists, and shooting wild boars on his girlfriend's property. There was some truth to his stories.

As mentioned above, I live in the south of Germany, and have been doing aikido together with my husband for three years and a bit (we are both ikkyu).
I was stationed near Stuttgart in the 80s, when I was a soldier, and fell in love with the town then.
It is possible for non-army people to come on post, but you have to have a "sponsor", passport and usually drivers license (fahrscheine) i believe.
