Local ministers, the mayor, the Governor of Pennsylvania and the Secretary of the Army honored the members of the 14th Quartermaster Detachment killed in the missile attack.
Bright yellow ribbons decorated the windows of homes and stores in Greensburg, but there were also fl ribbons and wreaths lining the streets in remembrance of the 13 soldiers who gave their lives in the service of their country.

The n-scale Southwestern Pennsylvania Model Railroad is based on the CSX and the Southwest Pennsylvania Shortline Railroads around my hometown of Connellsville, PA. A n-scale model is 160 times smaller than the prototype, thus, 1 n-scale mile equals 33 feet.
In a 24 hour period about 20 CSX trains of various types (auto, intermodal and mixed freight) pass through Connellsville traveling east and west between points mostly in Illinois, Michigan and Maryland.
The Southwest Pennsylvania (SWP) Shortline Railroad serves customers in Westmoreland and Fayette Counties north and south of Connellsville.
