| | Namibia and the Okavango Delta (Site not responding. Last check: 2007-10-20) |
 | | Other reptiles we may encounter whilst birding this area are the impressive Boulton’s Namib Day Gecko, Bibron’s Gecko, Bradfield’s Dwarf Gecko and Namaqua Sand Lizard. |
 | | A number of interesting mammals may also be found around the lodge and we will search for day roosts of the tiny Banana Bat and grotesque Botswana Long-eared Bat, as well as keep an eye on the river for the resident Spotted-necked Otters. |
 | | Large numbers of Speckled (Rock) Pigeons, Rosy-faced Lovebirds, Bradfield’s and Alpine swifts, and Red-winged Starlings breed in crevices on the rock face and the jumbled boulders at the base is an excellent area in which to search for Short-toed Rock Thrush and Rockrunner. |
