Sperwer is qualified to operate in harsh weather conditions, including temperature, wind, rain, icing etc. Sperwer B is also capable to operate at higher elevations of up to 18,000 feet.
Sperwer is designed to carry the Sagem OLOSP FLIR payload, providing high resolution day and night imagery and target geolocation with an accuracy of 20 meters.
Sperwer B will be able to carry multiple payloads (EO/IR and SAR or EO/IR and relay etc.) It will also be equipped with two underwing hardpoints, to carry external loads of up to 30kg each.

It was published in 1668 in Rotterdam and bore the title; Journal van de Ongeluckige Voyage van 't Jacht de Sperwer (The journal of the unfortunate voyage of the jaght the Sparrow Hawk).
By order from the Governor-General and the Counsel of the Indies, the jaght the SPERWER sailed at 18 June 1653 from Batavia, with destination Taijoan (Tainan).

Formosa's new governor-designate was scheduled to sail to his new post aboard the Dutch yacht de Sperwer, the Sparrow Hawk, which had recently arrived in Batavia from Holland.
Yachts like de Sperwer sailed from Holland to the East-Indies only once in their lifetime and were commonly used as "shuttles" to transport people and messages among the VOC factories and settlements.
The sailing date for de Sperwer had been postponed waiting for the expected arrival of troops from Holland who were to be stationed at the Zeelandia fortress on Formosa.

Anyway, I did want to mention that even if this stuff is 100% false propaganda generated by the Korea Provisional Government in Shanghai, if the ROK government in 1965 believed that these types of incidents did occur, that would partially justify a belief by negotiators that Korea deserved recognition as being on the victors' side.
I figured you were headed in the direction of Korea's wish to be included among the victors in WWII, so I thought I'd nip it in the bud.

Canadian unmanned air vehicle manufacturer MMIST is to develop a GPS-based precision recovery system for the Canadian army’s Sagem Sperwer unmanned air vehicle to reduce the aircraft’s parachute landing footprint to a maximum radius of 25m (80ft).
Defence Research and Development Canada and MMIST are jointly funding a C$1 million ($810,000) development phase to include detailed studies of air vehicle behaviour in the final 100ft of the Sperwer’s landing cycle over a variety of wind conditions.
Israeli sources say the 4km (2.2nm)-range weapon will undergo its first test firing from the UAV next year, with development work to establish its launch sequence and target optimisation from a ground control station.
