Given the constraints of the technology I set up, yes, it is possible to "cross the T" in naval warfare in the "Honorverse" (as some of my readers on the side of the pond have christened it).
It takes a fairly incompetent or completely out of luck opponent to let you get away with it, but the tactics are workable -- especially at relatively short range -- given the weapons and maneuvering systems I established.
At the moment, I'm calling at the "Saganami Island" series, and it will focus on very junior officers who were Honor's students at the Academy as she was Raoul Courvoisier's student and protegee.

There is no such thing as a boarding action in Honorverse, that what happens when you wrap gravity waves around you ship as defence.
I ask because since Sphinx is gonna be a prime target, I wonder if a treecat could sense that something was not right with certain individuals like they did with that assassin trying to take out IIRC then Princess Elizabeth at the Sphinx Forrestry Service building?

The raw materials that an Honorverse extraction center needs to produce the components which go into Honorverse warships can be extracted from a huge number of sources, including asteroids.
And even given the size of the ships built in the Honorverse, the resource base provided by an entire star system to a society which can generate gravity, or counter-gravity, at will is literally incalculable.
It might become a problem eventually, but not until they finished using up not only the asteroid belts of both components of the binary star system, but also the moons of the various planets.

He was given the largest ship in the fleet for his first assignment but looses it in his first angagement only to loos it for an enemy frigate which he won in and now has to command as punishment.

"The Stray" tells the story of a rural doctor on Sphinx not long after the first treecat adoption.

I love his consciousness toward animals, especially when he develops his theme of highly evolved sentience in Honor's treecats and their nestmates on Sphinx.
It now is impossible to consider one's own cats as merely, well, cats.
