Sports acrobatics, or sport acrobatics, is a fairly recently developed sport which can be competed in pairs or groups on the floor, or individually on a tumble run.
They perform a floor routine to music consisting of balance and tempo elements, as well as individual acrobatics elements.
The tumbling consists of three series of acrobatic elements performed on the run, including somersaults and flic flacs.
