		Springfield Elementary School Principal David Cole had a problem last week: School was about to begin, and he didn't have enough personnel to care for his population of physically handicapped children.
		Along with vision and speech/language programs, Springfield has eight classes designated for children with "varying exceptionalities." In four of these VE classes, the majority of the students are physically disabled - requiring individual attention and special services.
		The Bay County School Board solved that problem Wednesday - for the time being, at least - by allocating additional hours for teacher aides at Springfield.
