  TechnoFILE Looks at Spycraft
Spycraft is set after the fall of communism, during a heated campaign for President of Russia, and, to a non-spy, it seems very authentic.
Activision says Spycraft mixes its home grown movies with authentic CIA footage, in the process throwing 30 different puzzles at you that are supposedly based on real CIA covert tactics and operations.
Spycraft throws a variety of life-and-death situations and tough decisions at you, even bringing you face to face with the Russian Mafia and a network of rogue spies, and there’s an online feature that lets you continue your quest on a special Spycraft web site.

 Game Players Network
Spycraft players are first and foremost an empowered group, just like the superspies they’re role-playing.
Spycraft simplifies the system by dropping 'attacks of opportunity' and move-equivalent vs. standard actions and just gives you two half actions or one full action every round.
Meanwhile, in Spycraft, the term “season” merely means storyline — one complete storyline with a criminal mastermind and any number of henchmen, minions, and foils.

RPGnet: Review of Spycraft   (Site not responding. Last check: 2007-10-26)
I originally passed on Spycraft when it first came out, because while it looked neat, it was expensive (especially the supplements), and not something I could really afford to follow at the time.
Spycraft is also somewhat lacking in equipment (especially guns), and it's very incompatible when it comes to equipment systems.
Spycraft gives me a feel of a tactical computer game when it comes to combat, which is generally a good thing.

Talon Comics & Games - Spycraft & Shadowforce Archer
Spycraft is a roleplaying game set in a world of dark secrets and high espionage, where players become larger-than-life superspies poised to take on threats of global scale.
The Spycraft Control Screen includes a 3-panel screen with vital charts and tables on the back and a gorgeous piece of art on the front.
Besides the screen itself, there are character sheets customized for each of the base Spycraft classes, and worksheets designed to help the GC easily create campaigns.

RPGnet: The Inside Scoop on Gaming
Spycraft is arranged into 9 chapters plus an introductory section and a character sheet.
As you might expect, the remainder of the chapter is filled to the gills with modern equipment (including weapons, armor, and other equipment), as well as exotic gadgets that are the stuff of spy movies such as grappling hook belts and exploding pens.
Spycraft owns the fact that it is primarily targeted at the "larger than life superspy" genre.

Spycraft: The Great Game - PC Review - Coming Soon Magazine
Towards the end of the installation you are prompted with a window that informs you that there are scenes in the game that some could find distressing and offensive, of note was the option to turn off the "torture scenes".
Acting is improving in computer games, and the actors in "Spycraft" are convincing, enjoyable to watch and do a remarkable job considering that all of the full motion video is presented to you in the first person.
The game play in "Spycraft" is varied and very enjoyable, though in what is becoming more common in modern computers games, somewhat easy.

 EN World - Morrus' D&D / d20 News & Reviews Site - Why doesn't Spycraft use d20 Modern Rules
I don't know Spycraft, but it has seemd odd to me that this game says 'requires the DandD PHB' on it, when the d20 Modern game is also in the SRD and available for use as a core system.
A 1st level Spycraft character is assumed to be pretty good at their specialty, compared to your average joe, while a level 1 D20Modern character is only slightly superior to a level 1 Ordinary.
Spycraft has been out for almost two years now with an established fan base and a large line of books.

RPGnet: The Inside Scoop on Gaming
Spycraft has put together a pretty good system to deal with the issue of equipment and character advancement in their setting.
In Spycraft, a natural 20 on a d20 is called an automatic success and is called a "Threat" because you can opt to spend one of your action dice in order to turn it into a critical success.
Spycraft looks to be one of the better d20 products to hit the market and one that fill an important niche in the RPG market.

Spycraft really seems to keep the spirit of the James Bond movies.

Spycraft is a contemporary espionage game produced by AEG.
AEG originally provided their own Shadowforce Archer world setting; and their Stargate SG-1 RPG is fully-compatible, so your secret agents may take the odd jaunt through the Stargate if you wish.
In August 2005, an OGL Spycraft 2.0 was launched, building on the experience of the original game and the development of the Stargate system.

Gadgets Unless otherwise stated in the current serial, Living Spycraft agents are restricted to gadgets costing a total of 3 GP or less when gearing up or requisitioning gadgets in the field.
On Decorum While Living Spycraft is a game about cloak & dagger mischief and the agents are routinely tasked with all manner of secret mayhem, it’s still important that no one ‘cross the line’ (especially during convention and in-store play where underaged children may be present).
Further, Living Spycraft players are expected to conduct themselves honestly and to be considerate of the rest of the Living Spycraft community.

If the agent successfully completes the training, he gains to temporary skill ranks in Survival when operating in the chosen terrain, as well as corresponding terrain ‘training’ feat from the covert feat tree.
So for this example, the GC could state that the ‘unbreakable’ cipher was created by a rival organization and the Agents must find a way into the intelligence facility to get the translation codes.
One of the criticisms with Spycraft is that, for the most part, you must own all of the books in this series because each new book builds upon the material from previous supplements.
