The Town of St. Agatha, Maine, Aroostook County (Maine's largest county and the largest county east of the Mississippi river) is situated in the heart of the St. John Valley and at the northeastern end of beautiful Long Lake on the Fish River Chain and a few miles south of the international border.
St. Agatha is bounded on the north and west by the town of Frenchville.
St. Agatha is approximately 29 square miles in area totaling approximately 20,851 acres, of which 17,267 acres is land, 3,584 acres is inland water, and 832 acres is natural wetland.
