Allen and I marveled at the fact that the city was younger than Boston yet has the feel of a city rooted in a much deeper history.
Our first day in Russia included some of the drab and dreary mixed with the bustle of an active city with impressive architecture.
This fantastic museum, with it's impressive architecture and equally impressive collection of art, is by many critics (including myself) considered to be in the same class as the MET in New York or the Louver in Paris.
