Stacy has been married three times: to Marilyn Aiken in 1975, to Jill Donahue in 1981, and to Malgosia Tomassi around 1986.
Keach graduated from Van Nuys High School in June 1959 and went on to study at the University of California, Berkeley, earning two BA degrees in 1963, one in English, the other in Dramatic Art.

In addition to his two sons, Keach is survived by his wife of 67 years, Mary, and eight grandchildren.

I came across this movie when at college many years ago and was wowed by its story and a particularly memorable scene which takes place in a cafe when the main protagonist, played by Stacy Keach (and us the viewers) get a startling revelation about his forgotten past.
Stacy Keach is better than you'll ever see him or imagine him able to be and is supported superbly by a supporting cast with Scott Wilson providing the catalyst for revealing the heart of darkness at the core of the story.
