Lucien Pissaro moved to Epping in 1893 following his marriage to Esther L. Bensusan, with whom he ran the Eragny Press from 1894 to 1914.
They lived at ‘The Brook’, Stamford Brook, from 1902.
He exhibited with the N.E.A.C. from 1904 and became a member in 1906.
