A woozle is a fictional creature mentioned in the Winnie the Pooh stories that is similar to a weasel, and the supposed race of one of ventriloquist Jeff Dunham's puppets.

The original name for the fraggle in Fraggle Rock was Woozle in the first draft of the series, according to the insert booklet on the Season 1 DVD.

This is the sequel to "The Great Honey Pot Robbery" and for the episode "Find Her, Keep Her" where we first meet Kessie.
At the end of "The Great honey Pot Robbery," when Stan, the woozle, said that he and Hef, the heffalump, would be back, and I must say, Stan wasn't lying.
When Stan and Hef had to deal with Kessie, she must've really aggravated them because at the end when Pooh asked if they needed help, Stan said that they could help by getting Kessie out of their sight.

My understanding is that they are specifically interested in people-oriented accurate-hard-science stories, and that Stan Schmidt is known for offering helpful suggestions on pieces that are good-but-not-quite.
The approach I've tried to take to bridge the gap is to put a lot of accurate information in a popular entertainment format that doesn't have the "Yuk! Science!" factor - the airport fiction paperback.
