This building is stuck in my mind as the worse example of a dirty facade on a non-trivial building.
The building directly behind to the right of the crane was the rear part of this 32 story building and about 2 floors were gone when this photo was taken.
On the extreme right is the another part of this same building, it was sort of H shaped and the lighted area between both sections was an air/light shaft area.
