I also have a standardbred pacer and i couldnt have picked a better horse i belive they are very comfortable to ride and once you get used to his movement you probably wont go back to riding any other kind of horse.

An owner of a standardbred stallion registered with the commission shall submit by October 1 the stallion registration fee, as set forth in Sections 2 and 3 of this administrative regulation, and a report of each stallion and mares bred by each stallion during the preceding twelve (12) months.

The reason I ask is because there is someone trying to tell me that they have an 18.3hh Standardbred colt and I don't find that possible in my mind, but I do not know much about Standardbreds.
We have actually seen a few 18+h Standardbreds in the paddock at Balmoral when we race; just lately.
I think I have spoken with the person who supposedly has this 18.3hh colt in a chat room, on horsechat.com I dont believe that its impossable, because standardbreds where bred more for speed, therefore, height generally was never an issue.
