Jolly Stanesby, 39, of Devon, stormed the stage at a family law conference in Salford, Greater Manchester.
Mr Stanesby, whose real name is Jonathan, used borrowed handcuffs to attach himself to the minister as she spoke at the conference.
It is believed a third man tried to join Mr Stanesby and Mr Hatch on stage, but was wrestled to the floor by lawyers sitting in the front row.

My Stanesby copies are based on two instruments in a private collection in Frankfurt, made by the English maker Thomas Stanesby Junior.
Stanesby Junior was active in London from before 1713 until his death at the age of 62 at 1754.
He started his career in his father's (Thomas Stanesby Senior) workshop and soon become an independent maker of all types of woodwinds: recorders, flutes, oboes and bassoons.

The alto recorder by Stanesby senior, which is preserved in Frans Brüggen's collection in Amsterdam, was considered by Moeck to be particularly suitable for a reconstruction because of its very characteristic sound in the low, middle and upper registers.
Compared to the Moeck Stanesby, which has a full, mellow tone and an unusually wide dynamic range for a Baroque recorder, the Denner speaks clearly and effortlessly and the tone colour is perfectly balanced in all registers.

Short-stapled baroque oboe reed (used with a Stanesby senior oboe).
The baroque turnery, while typical, is exaggerated, and the G and F holes are split in the usual baroque fashion.
If the drawing is expanded to the scale of a turn-of-the-century English oboe (in this case a Stanesby senior oboe with an overall length of 590 mm.), the reed's dimensions become as extravagant as the turnery.
