The Stanford Management Company got an endorsement from the Palo Alto Planning and Transportation Commission Wednesday for its proposed project to demolish two office buildings at 3412 Hillview Ave.
The purpose of the project is to establish a cohesive campus in the Stanford Research Park for SAP Labs, which has an adjacent building next door at 3410 Hillview.
As proposed, the parking structure -- which is considered a building -- would bring that percentage up to 31 percent.
