		After that combat is entirely resolved (including approach battle and pursuits and terrain battles), then the players with forces remaining in the hex reroll and the highest roller becomes the new active player and may challenge the player of his choice in the hex to potential combat.
		The main battle is comprised of all units that have not attempted escape nor pursued escaping waves.
		Battles fought in a hex with terrain must be placed relative to that terrain.

		-Module T: Star Fleet has a very active tournament scene (as these sorts of games go), and module T explains which rules are in use for these tournaments and has all the Tournament Cruisers.

		Kevin’s favorite “wargame,” Star Fleet Battles (SFB for short) was created in the late 70s, based on ships from the Original Star Trek.
		Although the game is called “Star Fleet Battles,” in my humble opinion it doesn’t work very well for “fleets.” The level of detail and amount of attention needed for each ship can cause a fleet action to rapidly grind to a standstill, and resemble filing the income taxes of a typical city block.
		SFB players are a great group of people, the only sad bit being that there are too few women who play.
