In the Globe and Mail today, news that Ghyslain "Star Wars Kid" Raza and parents have settled their lawsuit against school bullies who released the infamous video onto the interwebs.
Star Wars Kid!" There would be a commotion as they shouted and poked at him, trying to get a reaction.
It just seems wrong for the Star Wars Kid to earn thousands of dollars at the expense of some classmates who were simply expressing their First Amendment right to free speech.

This is some Canadian kid who taped himself fooling around like Darth Maul, and stupidly left the tape in the camera.
There are some 106 versions of this, since the original was put on the internet, my favourite ones are here so you can laugh at him too.
The videos have to be downloaded first though, as Geocities doesn't support uploading of WMV files, so I put them in Zip archives.

Webloggers Andy Baio and Jish Mukerji launched a fundraiser Friday for the young man they call the "Star Wars Kid," whose home video has been downloaded millions of times and watched by people all over the world.
Baio and Mukerji, who linked to their video from their weblogs, identify the Star Wars Kid as a 15-year-old French Canadian named Ghyslain.
According to Baio's website, the video was secretly recorded by Ghyslain at his school's A/V lab, only to be discovered by some kids at school who digitized it and uploaded it to the Kazaa file-sharing network.

I haven't been able to download the linked videos, but if the first is the original, and the second has star wars music and lightsaber, there is at least one more that uses slow motion video and opera music to make him appear quite the badass.
