		StarLAN was the first implementation of Ethernet computer networking on twisted pair wiring.
		StarLAN was not originally standardized by any official organizations such as ISO or ITU.
		The signal modulation was carefully chosen so that it would not affect or be affected by either the analog signal of a normal call or the 20Hz high-voltage analog ring signal.

		Web Design House and Starlan seem to have some relation to Endai Corporation (likely their customer, but relationship between companies maybe more complex) which maybe the actual company that received ip block 148.3.0.0/16 (possibly from VMX/Advistech gang), but that ip block has primarily been used directly by Web Design House and Starlan.
		Sending out spam is being done from various other ips at Starlan (from within their 198.77.4.0/22 ip block) and with majority of ip blocks are swipped to other former customers of starlan that have nothing to do with Web Design House or emailcourier.
