Steve Williams MBE (born April 15, 1976 in Warwick) is an English rower and Olympic champion.
Williams started rowing aged 13 while at Monkton Combe School, Bath, and attended Oxford Brookes University to study History and Town planning.
Williams was the only member of the 2004 Olympic crew to continue racing for the 2005 season, joining Alex Partridge, Peter Reed and Andy Triggs Hodge in the coxless four, again winning at the World Championships.

He was then given the honour of becoming the coxless pair partner of rowing legend Steve Redgrave.
They crossed the finish line together, and it took three minutes for the officials to study the photo-finish and determine that Pinsent and his crew had won by ten centimetres.
