Clean both the back of the badge and the surface of the shell (if you are using any type of solvent, make sure to use some rubbing alcohol to clean that off when you are done).
Place the badge on a hard flat surface with a couple of sheets of newspaper under it and roll it out face up (not too hard remember the serial number is there).
Once the desired shape is achieved, paint the back of the badge with some contact cement (be careful not to get glue in the hole close to the edges as possible is best) and set aside to dry.

Accessify Forum: Badges - we don't need no stinking badges (or do we?)
A badge isn't, and knowing vaguely what is required I'm not likely to believe the badge until I have a flick through of the source, but I'm not my target market.
The badges themselves are as clear as can be expected given that it's a merit badge and not an explanation in itself.
An image, even an esoteric merit badge such as those under discussion, are no less open to access and comprehension than a technical term of the type that might benefit from a site glossary.

It was supposed to be The Boss and not me who went on this fool's errand to Paris--he had all his credentials and badges and everything.
His exhibitor's badge -- the same piece of blue-colored plastic that gets The Boss inside the expo hall while the common rabble mills about outside--did not guarantee me a seat at Steve Jobs's keynote speech.
All I had to do to get the necessary green-colored badge was to show up at the Palais de Congres with my confirmation e-mail from Apple in hand.

Justice Ruth Ginsburg's 1999 opinion upheld the view that a circulator would be inhibited by wearing his name on a badge.
Ginsburg declined to rule on whether a badge could convey whether a circulator is a volunteer (i.e, a true believer) or a hired gun.
