Kelvin Hopkins (Luton North), Ian Gibson (Norwich North), John Grogan (Selby), Jon Trickett (Hemsworth), Michael Meacher (Oldham West and Royton), Alan Simpson (Nottingham South), Mike Wood (Batley and Spen) and two other MPs said they would be voting against.
Hywel Francis (Aberavon), Helen Goodman (Bishop Auckland), Fabian Hamilton (Leeds North East), David Heyes (Ashton under Lyne), Martyn Jones (Clwyd South), Tony Lloyd (Manchester Central) and Linda Riordan (Halifax) won't say.
David Hamilton (Midlothian), Sandra Osborne (Ayr, Carrick and Cumnock), Bob Marshall-Andrews (Medway), Joan Walley (Stoke-on-Trent North) and one other MP said they were "don't knows".

Friends the Members for Stoke-on-Trent, North (Ms Walley) and for Aberdeen, Central made some telling points about the ways in which we can improve the Bill.
As the Government managed to slide them through somewhere before the end of the previous Parliament and the beginning of the new Parliament, they were not perhaps properly examined by us.
Friend knows that I did not have the highest opinion of the increased costs that were introduced earlier this year.
